I've never had a problem with crackling in the 220. Never tried the 320 but I also own a baby Q and I reckon it gets too hot at times. I have cooked roasts in it and had to crack the lid open by resting a spoon or something under the lid because I couldn't get the temp low enough..

Heres a list of the webber main dealers bbq galore cant sell you a 320 with thermometer they are not webber dealers yes they sell webbers but they are not a dealer they tried to tell the ones with thermometers were old stock and no longer available when I told them I knew someone who worked for webber they quickly shut up
220 only has one burner where the 320 has 2 burners with these you can turn the large one off and it will hold 80 for low and slow

Anyone had both the Weber Q and the Ziegler & Brown? http://www.zieglerandbrown.com.au/

Any comments on how they compare.

Looking at getting one or the other for mid week quick cooks, steaks and stuff.

Aussiebbq has plenty of info on both... I think most prefer the webber build quality.

Yeah, with a pizza oven, charcoal Weber, small spit roaster made from a keg, I think my missus would kill me if I bought one of those.
We did have a look at them on the weekend and they do look like the nuts.

Also looked at the Weber Q side by side with the Ziggy. Might go the Ziggy, with 2 burners its looks pretty good.
