Better than mine mate, I'm operating out of a 44 gallon drum...and not the fancy type :))

I reckon an open fireplace like that would be good under the pergola!

Not a webber but my trusty spit is great for cooking on the coals.

Just got on a brined chook, two greek style lamb shoulders and two middle eastern pork shoulders :drool:

Heading out for the day so coconut husk briquettes is the go here.

Lamb:
Oregano, garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper, salt, olive oil
Pork:
Baharat spice blend (homemade)
Chook:
My mates special brine recipe and some herbs & garlic

Got myself a mini kettle from Bunnings the other day to play with at work. Never used a weber and figured its time to learn.
It was only $15.90 so thought it would do to cook lunch on and maybe take camping.
Now to try her out soon. Maybe with a nice juicy steak.
Think it has a 34cm cooking grill

Once again i forgot to take pics but i cooked up 4kg of pork shoulder for 10hrs at just under 150 degc i injected a mix of salty water garlic and herbs into the pork before cooking and full bellies everywhere low n slow is the only way

Heres the aftermath of it all i pulled the bone straight out of the middle and tried to cut it up but pretty much cubed it up because it fell apart

Nice ben! Pulled pork has been a game changer with my Bbq's, bit of smoke, bit of spice, nice sauce and slaw... Everyone loves it.

for those of us who use weber's you cant beat bunnings price...

and this is pretty dear at the moment...at least 2-3 times a year they go on special for between $16-18
keep your eye out and buy a tonn when they come on special
