Pulled(ish) Pork rolls with coleslaw and sweet chilling for lunch on nightshift. and it only takes an hour or so in the morning to get the weber cranked up and the roast in.

I can see this becoming a regular thing!

Yup, it's settled! Pulled pork for tea this weekend :happy-partydance:

Might have to round up some hickory chunks... Or maybe just chuck a couple of used oak dominoes in?

Muppet, that looks awesome. Tender, juicy and looks like it pulls apart easily.

Check these out for pulling pork. Just ordered some.

Since it was In the kamado I used my spent oak. Oaks milder and I didn't want to overpower the pork. I put a chunk of hickory in it the other day for ribs and the bastard smoked for 5hrs :laughing-rolling: I've just had a look at the charcoal pit and would guess it used a kilo in a 16hr cook

Pulled pork is pretty damn good but once you taste any charcoal cook ull never look at the oven the same. Ours hasn't been looked at in weeks. We have 30 coming over tomorrow night. Pulled lamb and pulled pork are going in later :happy-partydance:
