I have a few varieties in pots and garden now.
I know it's not hot, but I love jalapeños stuffed with 50/50 cream cheese and cheddar, wrapped in prosciutto and baked in the oven. Heaven!!

I have growing-
Jalapeños
Aji Limon
Red Habanero
White Habanero
Chocolate Habanero
Thai
Peter Penis Pepper
Fatalii
Bhut Jolokia
Butch T Scorpion
Moruga Scorpion
Douglah 7 Pod

Wow. Doesn't seem like that many until I write it down. They are all seedlings apart from the douglah so won't expect too much from them this year!

Cheers Big D. Hopefully I can manage a few pods off each to try them.
I really want to find a nice chilli sauce recipe.
I'm also growing a few different varieties of tomatoes for sauce experimenting.

Masters is about an hour away.
I got the peter pepper, Thai and chocolate hab from there.
The White hab, red hab and bhut jolokias from bunnings and the rest from seeds.

Turns out my fermenter fridge can also be used as a germination setup!

8x Dorset Naga
4x Moruga Scorpion
4x St Barts
8x Butch T

Should be interesting to see how well it works.

What's the best way to regrow these?

We ate one and it was pretty darn hot  but it didn't look like there were any seeds? Which is weird as I always thought the seeds were the hottest part?

Would love to grow my own from the remaining chilli I have :D
