Ive got 2 2.2kg lamb legs in the charcoal kettle been in since 8 am soaked ova night in a brine smells fantastic doin roast baby potatoes,sweet potatoe, pumpkin and onion yum yum

i put some southern barrel wood chips in a couple of places and one of them just lit up i can smell it now goin through the house

This is my 2 lamb legs at the 5 hr mark dinners at 6 n the smell fantastic now just put all the roast veges in the oven

Good snake mate but I would put it down below, and have the lambs sitting on the rack, thats how webbers are designed to be used, you can put a tray under the meat with some water to save the drippings and make a gravy :happy-partydance:

Thanks muppet ill try that next time this a set up i saw on a aussie bbq forum so i gave it a go its my 2nd run using the snake method.and i love it

Just finished a bbq tandoori whole butterflied chicken. Making a salad and then sitting down to stuff my face.

Also char grilled whole red capsicum and long sweet chilli peppers. Peeled the charred skin, de-seeded and marinated in oil and garlic. Lastly, char grilled egg plant brushed with olive oil, garlic and soy sauce. These are great with crusty bread or as a side dish and will keep in the fridge for ages.

Very easy, taste great and love that my two girls give them the thumbs up.
