Now use 50l Keg with Pot head for Rum and Neutral stripping runs on gas .
LM/VM head with 1m packed 2" on Still Spirits boiler for Neutrals.

Pretty sure it goes back to medieval times when they had a ten bird roast.

A disturbingly tasty pork belly last night... So today I'm cooking lamb shanks in red wine sauce in the weber :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Think I might get into BBQing properly this summer. Just looking at a couple of BBQ forums, and those lads get into that as much or more as we are into distilling. I thought it was just slightly burning meat! :wtf:
