Lightly smoked birds (1 hour) on hickory then 3 hours + on low heat.

That burger ring crumb is beautiful bear!, estury cod is the best up north followed by jack.

yeh mate catch all my own fish, just waiting for this bloody rain to really kick in to bring on a hot barra season. then it will be burger ring barra! dont know if i would rate estuary cod above jacks, but every has their own tastes!

Yeah I slightly prefer the jacks to the cod too but horses for courses. You hit them off the banks Bear or got a little tinny setup?
You'll find Barra in your swimming pool this season ... apparently. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Cold meat and salad.
Home made coleslaw, tossed leafy salad with fresh garden herbs, some sweet spiced gerkin, some cheese, left over roast chook, some nice ham off the bone and a cheesy topped bread roll.
I think I might be turning into a rabbit.

No dead horse either. just S & P.

But you cant have a dogs eye without horse. Mystery bags also need a bit of dead horse.
