an upgrade to the shed is next then the ideas for a closed water circuit as water pressure is no the best here if someone in the house uses the tap at the same time it affects the pressure
its truly a learning of the meaning patience

You will be up for some blind tastings soon. No stopping you now. Just a bit of spit n polish(on the still) :)) and it will look even better.
