Mine has flattened 6mm copper with a hole which the threaded rod sits in which is a complete waste of time because one you slam a 5 plate tree it aint goin nowhere

This is how i've done it.

The crosspiece nestles into the reducer. Also soldered a ring into my rock section at the right height because I run with the rocks underneath when doin a neutral.
Note the free floating cup section :-B
