Ok fellas, here is how you build a bubbler in 15 minutes with no pre-requisite knowledge :handgestures-thumbupleft:

First you have to start with quality parts.

1 Parts.JPG

You will also need a boiler that you have prepared earlier

2 Boiler.JPG

Now you want to make sure your first T piece is ready to go

3 Tee Parts.JPG

When it's assemble it should look like this

4 Tee.JPG

Did I mention that you need parts that are laser etched with what which piece is :-B

5 Laser etch.JPG

Then you need to get a small downcomer for the bottom

6 Small cap.JPG

Then a longer one for the next

8 big cap.JPG

Chuck em together and it should look like this

9 cap on.JPG

Should look like this through the peeper

10 cap thru window.JPG

Then repeat a few more times

Now for the business end, I got sick of taking each pic so here is the top end, you can see the ends of the RC and PC.

And with it fitted to the column

And it wouldn't be complete without the parrot, so all together now

Don't know what all you guys find so hard about building a bubbler  :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

There needs to be a smiley that drowns in its own pool of drool.

That is one, very, very nice piece of art. It needs to set up as a centre piece, something along the lines of a water feature, only a continuous bubbler so it is running 24/7.

I bet you would be itching to get a run started. I hope to see some pictures of that too.

Hmmmmm  where's the 3 x 4 reducer mate & it's intended purpose ?

The reason for the short DC (for everyones curiosity) is so it doesnt clash in the lower reducer that Sam isnt using in these pics.

But 15 minutes is a bit slow, kinda reminds me of a 6 week thread here somewhere :teasing-neener: however I'm sure you'll improve on that :teasing-tease:

Yeah your right Mac, I have the 4 to 3 inch reducer to fit my other boilers when I want to use them :handgestures-thumbupleft:

The short downcomer will be best either way at the bottom i would have thought ;-) Dont want it sticking into the keg too much attaching it on the way I did :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Oh an Gummy, yes the rag in the first pic is for what you were thinking :laughing-rolling:

Ha ha thanks guys, really looking forward to running it, will def be a new experience for me.

Would love to have the skills and time to be able to build an awesome bubbler like so many have done here, but this option is about the only way I was going to own a bubbler any time soon.

And yeah BYB reckon I might have to polish the keg to match!

Yes BT will def post about the first run, might even need to crack out the video camera, the iPhone is only so good

So when's the first run expected Sam and what will it be ?

I'm also interested to see how you set the cooling lines up & the valves you choose to go with.

Just to keep up my excuse of fuck all time, I really don't have anything decent to run :crying-blue:

I am still waiting for my bag of peated malt to rock up bought through a beer makers group buy through a mate, it's only costing me $60 for a 25kg bag so I can wait :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I know I should have had a UJSM or BWKO going but I really just want my scotch ;-)

The first run will hopefully be Sunday arvo and it will just be a bit of TPW through it which is probably good seeming it will be my first bubbler run :D

As for the coolant setup I went to Bunnings yesty arvo and bought a heap of shit. I bought two valves but have yet to decide wether I should go with the simple one valve design to start or have the two valves?

Any opinions on the coolant setup up are very much welcome :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Probably be a good stilling day Sunday, meant to be pissing with rain in Adelaide 8-}
