Nice one Aussie. Looks like you're well into it.

Is there a reason for the 4" peeper at the bottom and the 2"er's above or is just making best use of what bits you have ?

Fuck thats a mean boiler

Nice Aussie. Can't wait to see what you're going to do with that wash port .

What acid did you use ? It looks very effective on that braze ...or did you have to clean up first .I find all that browny puple shit spreads every where .Does the acid lift this ?

Coming together nicely aussie, yup ,that's going to be a big fucker. Hate to imagine how much that 4" 90 would have cost new.

Are you going to braze or solder it all up ?

I still have a full bottle of oxy and acett so I will braze it together
When finished there wil be several modulars
A 6 in thumper mod
Then 4 perf plates mod
A single perf plate mod
the 4 in condenser right over to the shotty mod
all of the above mods are interchangeable
The shotty mod
and the parrot mod
or any combination of those mods

by the time it's built you will have changed the design a bit I'm sure ;-)

I've found that all the preliminary build plans get chucked out the window once you start burning copper, it kinda gets in your blood then & you really start seeing how much you can improve things once you're there.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this rig completed, it's going to be a cracker.... but please dont insulate it with duct tape :laughing-rolling:
