Ok just run 50 litres of something [ the bloke at the brew shop gave me 2 packets of out of date yeast Sam Willard 48 hr yeast ] 8 kg sugar and pinch if citric acid and teaspoon Epsom salts 25 litres water [50 total ]
hit it with the full 5000 watts 1 hr to boil then took 15 litres off in 1 1/2 hrs at 90% then the last litre went from 90% to 40% in one litre product sat at 77.9 to 80.1 all the way and the pc I ran that at 34 deg
Yea that will do me quite chuffed atm
