Saw this in the Swan Valley over the weekend. Was in the back of a winery

Looks like a Holstein to me, would be in excess of $30k sitting right there :scared-eek:

4 inch VM (aka the BIG PRICK) on 315litre boiler
Soon to come 6 inch Mac bubblier on 205 litre boiler
6 inch stripper on 300 litre boiler

equipment: Did use Still Spirits Reflux
Now use 50l Keg with Pot head for Rum and Neutral stripping runs on gas .
LM/VM head with 1m packed 2" on Still Spirits boiler for Neutrals.

It don't quite look like a Holstein to me just the way its put together, I could be wrong but I'd lean more to a Carl or a McMillan still
It has the same looking port lock used by Carl and the stainless collar that Carl uses. Yeah the more I think about it the more I would say Carl
