well the rum was run on sunday so i thought i should post some result :-B
it was a typical low yield as with all from this batch of mollasis :crying-blue:(no others to compare yet)
but i definitely got another jar at least of hearts and she came out at 3l per hour still at around 90%
so i think it a success :D
anyway will have some bourbon washes to run on the weekend so will report more :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Howdy folks
Just thought I'd post up my stripping set up for max
I was tossing up weather to put the bubble cap plate in the six inch section, but have decided to leave it out this time
Just boiling up some water for a bourbon mash now but have 2x 100l tpw washes to strip and then I will run the low wines in neutraliser mode and see if i can get a cleaner product and a larger hearts cut :-B
Anyway cheers for looking :handgestures-thumbupleft:
