Thanks mate, she's a 100L FSD boiler :handgestures-thumbupleft:
Sitting under a 6" FSD bubbler and column etc.

Mac, I was concerned about my math when putting it together. Looking up I was sure it wouldn't fit!

Couldn't have done it without the FSD blockhead

Is that a pallet of sugar on the right hand side?

With a boiler that big you will need it.

I'll try to answer the questions in order:
1. The pallet is bottles of chardonnay.
2. The stick on temp is just providing me feedback on my cooling water supply temperature indirectly.
3. Yes a ladder is required. ..atm. ;-)

It's running right now!
Apart from leaks my main concern is did I coil the mesh too tight?
About to find out...3rd plate is bubbling!

She's sitting in full reflux now, wow that was quick!
Cut it back to 20 amps to stabilise and compress fores and heads.

My packing seems fine.
