I had a perforated plate I've stopped using that had holes too big. My solution was to put a couple of pieces of flat stainless in there to cover some of them up It rattled a little but worked a treat.
I'm lazy and it seemed like the easiest way of doing it.

Hey Professor , can you try clearing your history and cache see if that works.
And can you tell me what browser your using ?
You could also try updating Adobe Flash to the latest version.
Cheers

Cache and history cleared. Flash updated. No change.

Using Firefox Version 63.0.3
Also tried Chrome Version 70.0.3538.110 to no avail.
Edge works though.
