Yeah mate, you can see the RC between the top plate and the blockhead. Got a needle valve hanging out of it.

Currently having a makeover: 2" x 4 plate solid state bubbler (1" bubble caps, no sight glasses...maybe not for much longer!) on a bain-marie boiler.

Why did I wait so long to get this thing going?

Doing the first runs since its first ever pull down and reassemble and I was expecting it to leak like a sieve... One little drip from the bottom triclamp that I'll get to when I get a sec, and a water drip every now and then from the PC that must have always been there.

I'll build a new PC one day, I'm not going to try and repair a leak in a shotgun. In the mean time I've got gen 2 of this rum ready to run on the weekend and a nutrigrain whiskey in the other fermenter :happy-partydance:
