Lowans starts quickly

I’ve been reading lots on this site and all of the bits I’ve read about Lowans in TPWs seem to say that the fermentation takes 1/2 hour or an hour or more to get going. My TPW consists of 5 kg sugar, half a bottle of tomatoe paste and 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid for a 25 litre wash. I boil up about 3.5 litres of water and add the tomatoe paste to this and bring it back to the boil to rid it of any nasties. I pour this into the fermenter on top of the sugar and citric acid and dissolve all of the ingredients adding a litre or two of tap water and stirring some more to completely dissolve the sugar. I put a half inch clear tube onto my tap and fill the fermenter to about 20 litres, while I’m doing this, I hold my finger partly over the end of the hose and squirt the water in which aerates the water incredibly well. Then at around 20 litres, I pitch the yeast (about 90 grams) and squirt in more water to the 25 litre mark causing more aeration and extremely good mixing of the yeast. At this point the wash is at around 30 degrees. (I have included this detailed description to help with any analysis of the situation). My point of discussion is that my fermentation starts literally in less than 5 minutes and is very strong. Within ten minutes it is almost continuous stream of bubbles coming through the airlock. My fermentation is completed after about 7 days and I leave it about 7 more days before distilling. Would this be stressing the yeast or causing any detrimental affects? I run a t500 slow and my cuts are fairly clearly defined. I’m not too worried about the fermentation starting that quick as I know straight away whether the yeast is any good, but no one I have read has said their Lowans starts that quickly.

I usually hydrate the yeast a bit, but my start time is same - instant sometimes, ph possibly, or the fact that it is effen hot in qld in general.
It's rum season! It likes it hot

Last summer, I had a 4k/25l finish in 3 days
