FYI, I find all molly rum needs longer to come good than a 50/50 Rum but when it does it’s goooooood.

When you say Molly rum needs longer to come good, are you saying longer on oak or will it improve with time regardless.
I have a Molly/sugar run that I’ve stripped, that still needs a spirit run, tasted a bit and it’s not good. Lol ( probably not the best idea and not indication of what the end product will be like)
This is my first go at rum so it will be interesting to taste the end result
