Any thoughts? I have so many spare packs of coopers ale yeasts as I'd always used different yeasts than what came with the kit.

Cheers

Rae

Also, Where do people buy their grain?

No harm in trying the yeast, I'd give it a go... if your mash is shit from it you can always make a neutral :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Stock feed stores for grain.

Good thinking.
Will give it a crack, curious how it will hold up with high sugars.

Shall be my next run once I strip the 75 litres fermenting away. Lol

mate Ive never tried it but am sure it'll be good.... just be careful about pitching the yeast as DWWG is f'in hot when its 'ready'.... While you are at it, why not go ''allout' Coopers and put a tin of Coopers liquid malt in the wash too :handgestures-thumbupleft: ?? IMO that makes the DWWG better///
