trying to work out how long a ferment should take. Wondered if there was a calculator or other into.

I was interested to see if the growth was linear or was there a drop off at say 35. Hope you understand what i'm looking for?

If there is such a thing Ive yet to see it in my wanderings around the forums. At a rough guess I reckon there would be to many variables besides temp / volume / sugar. Things like PH, yeast type, finished abv of wash and a number of other things would probably need to be taken into consideration.

yeah type of yeast would be a big thing. different strains work at different speeds, and different strains like different temperatures. also would depend on the type of sugar used, the variables would be endless.

but if u say the wash people can give you an idea from previous experience :)

Should be easy enough to calc

yeast strain / yeast health / pitch rate / oxygen level of wort / nutrient level / temperature / sugar types

Put down a wash. Keep it at about 30°. Run it two or three weeks later. Win.

Sorry OP.
I think my colleagues are eluding to the keep it simple philosophy of life and stillin.
Other than KISS I'd suggest do more and think less ;-)

Put simply what you have asked for is not possible. Far too many variable to account for and too little benefit for all the extra work.
