Interesting that no flavour carries over from the single pot run, what gravity are you ending up with after fermentation, I'm struggling to get full ferments in NW Tas using Lowans. Definatley going to have to give the TPW a go. Can you taste tomato in the wash once it has fermented? Cheers Wild.

My start OG for tpw is 1.6 to 1.7 and the last one finished at .98 and was very cidery. There was no tomato taste after ferment, there is very little tomato when mixing it up -it's such a small amount in 25 litres. But it's a much smoother hearts flavour than anything else I've tried. I re ran the heads and the tails from the TPW's and recovered a decent amount of "cream".

I have heat belts now and they are holding all ferments at 24-26.
