Gents. Picked up some yeast the other day from the HBS.

good flavor and great aroma in the finished product. Ferments quickly; 7% in a week.

Came with some instructions to culture it

I'd be interested to hear what others think

Might add its a higher abv yeast but I've not pushed it that high.

I have tried a turbo and this it is not. It's good to see HBS. Listening to customers and starting to stock different things.

I've not posted a link to the item but you can google it if interested. I've not seen much chatter about it elsewhere so it might be something new to market.

wold be interested to hear in a month or two what the taste of the product is like from your view.

btw what type of wash was it added to?

I'm running it in a corn rye mash and a MAC Whiskey.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Well I'm still using it and its very nice.

Glad the bird at the shop talked me into it.

Hopefully someone else gives it a crack.
