Low bakers yeast with WB wash?

I was planing on putting on 2 25L weet bix wash's today but when i went to the fridge i noticed i have approximately 40 grams of lowans bakers yeast. this is just a guess on how much i have in there as it looks like it is filled 1/6 to 1/7 of the way up the container.
If i split this up to approximately 20 grams per L and rehydrate (and use my usual method of a stick blender to aerate the water) would it be sufficient to start the wash and ferment out?

I assume if i aerate enough and rehydrate then this will allow a good breeding ground for the yeast (i have never rehydrate but watched how on YouTube). i figure it may work but be a slow start???

Chances of getting to the shops today is zip and i was hoping to get it on round lunch time.

any help would be appreciated :text-thankyoublue:

Ended up squeezing it into my day :D

Just re-hydrating the yeast now so ill post back if it works out.

26g in one fermenter with 5.9kg sugar and 24g in the other with 5.9kg sugar, both filled to 30L line with 20 WB in both :handgestures-thumbupleft: (not pitched yet though)

:D :music-deathmetal: :happy-partydance:
Worked out well... Took a little longer to show (even though i new it worked with small bubbles at the start) but its a nice ferment now.

What i did for 2 30L ferments
25 grams of Lowans bakers yeast Re-hydrated
20 Weet Bix
1.5 teaspoons Epsom salt
1 teaspoon citric acid
5.9kg white Aldi sugar
Filled up to the 30L line with water

Thanks Sam. I'm a tight arse so i might rehydrate in the future to save yeast :handgestures-thumbupleft:
