Bulk Distillers Yeast in AUS

Hey guys,

So i've tried searching for this but there are a zillion threads that match the word "yeast."

Anyway, i'm interested in moving away from Lowans for a while to compare results but i'm not happy with paying HBS prices for little sachets of yeast that only cover a 25ltr ferment. I know there's a lot of love around here for Lowans, and i've used it very successfully but i'd like to step it up and see what the difference is and i've also heard that other yeasts may produce less heads and more end product - so there's that...

Anybody know of an Aussie supplier that sells in bulk? I.e 500gm+?

Looking to get two types, a good all round yeast for grain whiskeys and such - and a good clear based vodka/gin yeast. :dance:

I saw a link to a wine yeast supplier in an ECC1118 thread, but i'm not really familliar with ECC1118 and looking at the site i didn't find ECC1118 so i don't really know what to look for :doh:

Hit up Matt at country brewer in Toormina, he should be able to get bulk yeast in if you ask nicely
Otherwise Keg King has S04 in bulk packs, it will do nice for whiskeys
