Well Dam I'm back,

So the neighbour had to get a cut for the apples and then theres all those so called friends that hear about the apple stuff that show up. As I recall when I distilled the wash it had a wildly green apple smell that made your mouth water, unfortunately in this case, my rig took a ton of flavour out. The end product was smoooooth and nice to sip at 50%, although when you uncorked the bottle you got a green apple smell for a bit. Oh I almost forgot, a local liquor store saves me the nice corked bottles so they were in for a cut too.

Yes I've been away but I have been experimenting with corn and grain, and you wanna know what? I used a whole pile of "blender'ed" canned corn in one recipe and you would not believe the taste, yum. I've also been watching a friend convert his gas still to electric with a PID and 5500 w element( what a PITA) he's been having to deal with bad eBay PID's and SSR's. So Iv'e been away but not outa da game :greetings-waveyellow:
