Bwko finished couple days ago and ready to run today. Yeast hasn't seemed any slower. U have other problem with yours, temp, ph, u keep yeast in fridge? Maybe it got too hot at some stage. Someone else can jump in and say how to test some to see if your yeast is still active? Bit early after a big sat night to think too much :obscene-drinkingchug:

My bwko took ages with bakers yeast 14-18 days all others wash I've done are 3-7 maybe it's the water (probably not water or would all be slow) or something on the grain. Do you just use cracked corn? Maybe something on the grain..

I have found this yeast fairly slow in rum and sugarhead whisky, just put down AG whisky with this last night and it is hammering :D
