Hey Gents.

I'm coming to the point where the 60L fermenter is a bit small. What I'm finding from gumtree is no sizes between 60 odd litres and 200 odd litres. If I wanted to ferment 120-150L, would the extra headspace in a 220L fermenter be detrimental? I'm guessing.....probably not, ..but hope the better experienced here will let me know if it would be a problem.

Get a 200L drum to ferment. You don’t have to distill it all at once

:text-+1: I took 100l out of my 200l drum the other week and the rest is still waiting until I get back
