That's how I currently do it...~45kg of liquid plus the keg...on rocky uneven ground :violin: no wonder my back is shot.
I've just relocated the brewhaus to the garage for comfort and practicality. This means I can more easily use my trolley for a start!

I have my keg sitting on a stand when in use.
When the run is finished I attach a hose and dump the wash in the drain nearby.
easy as.

I'm running gas and dont have an issue BT1.
I check the seal often and they look good to me. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Assuming you are after design ideas, if I had my time again I would have mounted the elements on the side of the keg relative to the fill port so that I am not worried about spills going onto the elements and they wouldn't get in the way when I am filling the boiler.
Just found another advantage of having a hose connection on my drain.
Finished a run of the most horrible smelling rum I hope to ever smell.
To flush out my whole still I plugged the hose on, flipped the condensers up to the sky and ran water into the boiler until there was a fountain coming out the top. That should flush the crappy stuff out well enough to be able to run a (hopefully) good batch next time.
