Had a look. Not sure its for me. Might be better to stay with what I know. Looks like it would work, just a bit much for me I think.

OK So I currently have 2 Rims systems (each with 2.2KW hooked up in a series) with 500L of water being pumped around graphing the temp change just for fun.

Now just a few things to consider:

I plan on running three Rims in a series. (2/3rd of what I want)
I also plan on running 200L of water instead of 500L (well that is what is in my IBC, and I didn't really want to drain 300L to do this test)

Its basically just a proof of concept thing.

If I can heat 500L from 12.3 degree to say 40 in 5 hours I will be happy.

So starting temp is 12.3 C at 4.00pm.

Lets see what happens

:text-+1:

In all grain brewing after the mash tun is drained the grains are rinsed with more hot water to collect more of the sugars. This is called sparging.

I frequently get 55l+ out of my system with a 38l mashtun.

Ok.... so lets get this happening as its all happening today. Lets get some video and ill attach a youtube link as thats easier than photos.

Basically got a table from hard rubbish and butched it. Its now a stand for the RIMS. I have 4 x 2.2kw elements in series.

I run it with a mash tun I found on gumtree (about 160L) with a 2nd vessel (200 L) and it heats that no issues at all. Will go film and post the youtube link tonight

I assume you have a license to manufacture from the ATO? Or at the least a still ownership permission?

I wouldnt have thought a 360l mash tun to be overly excessive for hobby.. plenty use 200l fermenters  two fermenters in one go :D

How do you operate a two pot mash tun? Split grain 2/3rd in one 1 3rd in other?

30mins too late.
Why'd you get rid of the video?

360L mash tun give you 1000L wash or is that pushing it?
