Boiler temperature

Hi for those who have thermometers in there boiler is there a set temp to aim for
what temp do you run when doing a spirit run
Mine seems comfortable at 90 deg

equipment: 100 litre boiler with a 4 in 5 plate bubbler on top with a 500 packed section standing by if needed

there is a thermometer in my boiler .. I beleive some people use it to gauge the takeoff ABV without the parrot. i.e I am pretty sure i read that 98 degrees is about 20% and a good time to call it. :think:

Hi Aussie,
all boilers will run at the same temp, as linno said, you can use it to gauge the ABV left in the boiler.
I prefer my Thermo at the top of the column. But that's me.
And yes, 98 deg = 20% ABV :handgestures-thumbupleft:
