Looks great how do you work out the angle to rip the timber at to get the right size circle out of the vertical slats? Again looks great :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Howdy,
once you cut out the notch for the ribs on the keg, you put two of the timbers against each other on the outside of the keg there will the be a gap between the outside of timbers, measure it. was about 10mm on mine. then mark the 10mm on the inside of timber this will be the amount to cut off. from the edge to 10mm in.

make sure that you place the angle cut-side on the same side for each piece as this will follow the radius of the keg around :handgestures-thumbupleft:

when you get to the last piece cut the straight side rather than the angle as it is easier to get it correct than measure and re-cut the angle :handgestures-thumbupleft:
