Anyone have a nice recipes using a mix of essences? A friend makes a really nice rum with a mix of about 3 different rum essence. It's a closely guarded secret, and unfortunately I only know one ingredient. Just wondering if anyone else out there has experimented with this and is willing to share successful recipes?
