We will shortly have a new and improved method.........

Well actually it is one Kiwi used some years ago, with a few twist.

Putting the finishing touches on it over the next month, I will keep you informed.

I have a 3kg Feijoa & 4kg sugar wash ready. Can I use bakers yeast with some DAP? Or should I wait till tomorrow and get a wine yeast?

I would wait till you get the EC1118, its a better yeast for fruit washes and will be better in the end.
