Mulberries

So Mrs Mac and I have just picked the first of this seasons mulberries of our tree and ended up with a 10L bucket full :dance:

So!

Would you ferment them and double pot still for a brandy, or do a maceration SPD style, or other ?

Open to all ideas and suggestions :D

looks like SPD is a no go- straight maceration was tasty

Could you put them in the vapour path like with a gin :think:

Man that must be one fuckn big tree Mac. Either that or you must spend a lot of time shooting birds :D

Seriously though I'd have to ferment them. Mulberry wine :handgestures-thumbupleft: And if that doesn't taste so good, then brandy

yeah at this stage I think just a maceration is the go, cant get over how sweet these early season berries are :dance:

Not a real big tree at all really, it's just heavily loaded with fruit and the birds havnt found em yet :D
