I'm thinking of trying to do something with Woolies home brand 99.7 percent apple juice, food acid 330 and vitamin C flavour.
Think I saw on youtube if you heat the juice prior fermentation you'll kill off the vitamin C. Just need to research 330 the rest is just juice at $1/L.
