Ok so I just blended back together.
Heads were very distinct. Hearts were clean as a whistle, still with a little bite but I am putting that down to the addition of Rye to the wash. The tails were mank but had some amazing fruity after flavours, rockmelon being the most prevalent.
All up 3.5L of heads, 3.5L hearts and heap of tails (didnt finish full tails strip so will say more than 4L).
Happy with the product. It has gone into my AO barrel, will be there for around 4 weeks I reckon then into glass for as long as I can stay away from it.

Sure can corncob, head on over to the shop and help yourself.
The Yeast is actually on sale at the moment, we got a great deal since the supplier just reopened for the year.
So, our Saf Gold is only $6.50 a pack
