Boka Time

Postby The Stig » Tue Apr 09, 2019 3:24 pm

Waiting for a delivery today and this happened.
A 4" Boka.
She's a monster standing at 1500 from the boiler connection to the top of the column.
Beautifully constructed and ready for her new home.
2" to come soon

Not yet but I’m guessing it’ll run on 3600 - 4800
And the lucky owner will be our tester
I’m not sure if he wants to be named yet or not

T500 Killer!

Looks like the packed section is longer than the original Mac Boka?

I must say I am a die hard LM fan ,and find running them much easier, they will work just as well with plates and or packed section and even with thumpers, the southern cross head I built(up to Mk 3 now on the work bench) is great ta run as that 4inch boka should be.A product cooler or water cooled parrot would be a valid addition to a rig like that.cheers hillzabilly :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Increasing the height is a great improvement. I added an extra 300mm section to my Mac Boka and it made a big difference to how it ran.
