So where abouts are you in south aus again? Just in case you want to go away for a weekend and need a sitter. I'm willing to show my current resume, I have all the gear necessary to watch over it, including my own washes and jars. I won't even charge you, the first one is always free, after that I charge 25ml per hour, 50mL/hour over time..

But in all seriousness, congratulations, looks like an amazing rig. Beautiful.

Yeah CC will have something to run but nothing decent. Haven't been able to get my all grain washes down yet unfortunately.
