Bit of feedback for these elements.
I've been using 2 of these 2400w elements in my keg for several months now with Macs element guard idea. :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupleft:
They are good items, ive had no problems running them both flat out on seperate circuits, had a 39lt rum wash bubbling in 40 mins today. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Turns out i have a 15amp outlet right beside a 10amp outlet just outside my back door! funny that :teasing-neener:

Are these any good for doing open sambo toasted cheesies?

Do you have a shorter one for keeping my tea warm

Could they be used to pre heat the loo seat in winter

I've got a fish tank reckon they'd be ok

Sure they're not just electronic light globes with more metal

2x2400 watt elements are awesome for heat up. My 4 ring burner on standard reg took just over an hour to get fores coming out. Elements took 30 min exactly. I'm doing a stripping run and had to turn the second off cos I couldn't keep up lol :laughing-rolling:

Mate, you could even use them for Cauterisation of hemroids if you want :wtf:

I received a 3.6kW element from McStill a bit before christmas, but have been too lazy to do a run.

Did one yesterday and cannot fault it at all. Love the screwed connections so I can attach a lug to it instead of hard soldering cable to a pin like my old one.

40L wash heated up in 50 minutes and worked a treat. Thanks, McStill, for a wonderful product :handgestures-thumbupleft:

what size hole needs to be drilled for these mcstill?
do I need to have anything welded like a nut for mounting?
are they a compression fitting?
