Actually the mesh wont suit a T500 :naughty: the coil inside the T500 is the reason you need to use saddles :handgestures-thumbdown:

Mac,

May have already posted this but can't seem to find...Are the rolls suited to a specific size column say .5kg fits a 4" say?

cheers

No it's by weight bt1, it's the only realistic way for us to handle huge amounts of the stuff.

Roughly 2kg will fill a 4" packed section that's 500mm long, but then that will depend on how tight it's rolled I guess.

Mac have you unwound a 1/2 kg roll to see how long it is, I still need to clean my rolls and wasn't satisfied by my cleaning efforts on the first roll so I was thinking to unwind a roll to make the cleaning easier. then reroll to suit the 4" column. :-B

Mate it wouldnt matter what exact measurement I put on it things will vary, I dont want to say "x" meters = "y" diameter because it'll end up a nightmare.

People will roll it differently giving a variance in diameter, so we sell it by weight and let people figure out for themselves how much they need.

I just roll enough to snugly fit the packed section, cut it off and roll another.... it's easy enough to join a few short lengths to make a 4" roll too, just overlap it and keep rolling.

Just a quick update to let everyone know I've just spent a few hours updating stock levels in the webstore there's quite a few items now available people have been waiting on.

Copper mesh is ordered & due in around the end of the month, it's being express freighted on tuesday :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Element guards should be due in around the same time as the mesh, I'll keep you all posted as soon as they arrive.

Cheers & thanks for your patience & continued support :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Another pretty good delivery arrived this week with a lot of goodies people have been waiting for, the web store stock levels have been updated and just about everything is in stock from 6" Pacemakers, 4" Neutralizers, pot stills right through to T500 boiler adapters.

Also have a few new bits n pieces only just released this morning, and a few others I need to get pics of and upload to the store later on.

Been working on the web store adding a bunch of new products from stills to little threaded tri clamp fittings, so jump in and have a look around you never know what you might find in there now :D

Unfortunately I only get small windows of time to add new products so it's a little slower getting some of this gear up than expected, I still have quite a few new products to add and will tackle it each day until it's done, just keep checking back from time to time here or in the store as there's some pretty exciting gear being released over the next couple of months.

Cheers

Any chance of a stainless fermenter in the works, possibly a conical?
