Next month I'm getting a shipment of smaller 60L boilers like our 100L models, they have all the same gear on them too :happy-partydance:

Here's a bit of a description

4" still mount
6" fill port
3" sight glass
2" spare port
2 x 2" element ports
1 x thermometer port & 3" dial thermometer that measures wash temp.
2" centre bottom drain with butterfly valve

I'm also pretty sure I had M12 thread installed in the feet to allow for people to fit their own castors for wheeling it around, or even just insert M12 adjustable feet if your shed floor is like mine.

Here's a couple of crappy pics of one taken at the factory a couple of weeks ago, of course once they arrive I'll get some better pics up here for you all.

With the 100 and the 60 liter boilers, is that the amount you can put in the boiler to distill or is it the total capacity (does that make sense)? Also what price is the 60 liter boiler please

I asked that question awhile ago.
It's the amount of wash you can fit in the boiler. The 100ltr is actually 120ltr total capacity. So would suggest the 60 would be 75/80ltrs total capacity.

What are the dimensions of both boolers?

Specifically height

Do both have a 4" still mount?

The heights of them are, 100L (working capacity) is 805mm & the 60L (working capacity) is 715mm

Both have 4" center still mount & a spare 2" port on top that can be used as a still mount too.

Cheers.

Questions with the 60 liter boilers, does it matter if you have the 2 inch butterfly drain valve up against the boiler or does it have to be at the end of the 2 inch bend (pipe) I clamped mine to the boiler assuming you don't want the dead space with the wash in it but notice all the photos have the valve on the end of the bend. Is it because you don't want the seal on the butterfly valve getting too hot? What do people clamp to the (same) 2 inch bend to connect it to a hose? Noticed a 1.5 inch plate with hose barb is there a 2 inch plate with a hose barb? Also there isn't threaded holes in the feet to connect wheels, so I guess that isn't part of the specs.

You can have the valve where ever you want, it wont hurt it.... I put the valve where it is for ease of access.

The threaded feet for wheels was a bad idea, people started complaining about the boiler being easy to tip on wheels so I deleted that option.

Cheers.
