I was trying to keep them short :angry-banghead:

It would end up being about 1300mm high for a bucket under the drain :crying-blue:

Cover up that shiny SS ?

You could just duct tape some pink batts around it :laughing-rolling:

:teasing-tease:

Yeah that what I thought too, I know I would defenently take it off when i wasnt using it (if it was really needed ( I don't have any experience driving one of these, have just seen allot of pics with them on) I remember seeing pics of the More Beer mash tuns that have some elegant solutions custom made...

Here's the 250L model, the others will be based on the same design with a few small changes :D

Then decent handles so I can lift it onto a crate to drain after it cools down a bit maybe?

I could just get a 1" BSP socket installed on it as a side drain :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I reckon the 100L boiler has everything ya need apart from the wheels which is a good idea I reckon the other ideas will just drive the price up a bit when you guys from distilling university :geek: could just do the extra mods to suit ya self :laughing-rolling: . Like everyone else I'm bloody eager to here what these eventually come in at coz they look real cool. Great idea mac :music-deathmetal:

That would be the go, drain off some backset for the next generation then dump the rest through the bottom.

yep i agree on side drain, i like to drain my backset when its hot for the next gen and its a pain in the ass ATM either have try syphon, or put my bucket outside where my dunder pit is.

Definitely a side drain for backset collection, high enough for a ten liter bucket to fit under.
Then a hose could go on the bottom drain and then I give the rest to the garden.
