I'd reckon you'll need a super low watt density element to go with this one
RIMS systems are good at burning grain that passes through

Wouldn't your false bottom stop most of the grain from going through ?

Mac I was thinking (Scary I know) what about if you made an End section in 2 inch that housed the element
that you could Tri clamp onto your 2 inch Product condenser. Cap the other end ( maybe add a thermo port to the cap or anything else you might want)
you could then pump your wort through what would normally be you cooling water inlet and outlet.

Dual purpose for the 5 Star product condenser :music-deathmetal:

I know that makes it a herms and you already sell one but hey most of your customers already have a 2 or 2.5 inch PC

I had a brain fart, the main reason they burn is sugar and protein buildup from the wort passing through

Yeah our elements are perfect mate, if we go ahead with the RIMS it'll be supplied with the weldless bar type elements, but I wouldnt be trying to pump grain through it ;-)
