Hi all,

We're very proud to announce we are attending the Australian Distillers Association AGM & conference where I'll be building an 8" vodka still while discussing still technology for about an hour.

Not only is it an honour and a privilege to be invited to such a large event, we also get to showcase our product and distillation equipment to some of Australia's most talented distillers.

Our store front will be closed while we attend the conference and will reopen on Wed. 18th Nov.

A huge thanks from us to the organizers of the event & the invitation to attend.

WOW!!
What a huge couple of days for us, we got to meet so many great people and the wealth of knowledge shared was amazing, the whole event was a huge success and the organisers should be very proud to have pulled it all off without any little hiccups whatsoever.

A huge thanks to the ADA for the invitation and opportunity to attend, and also thanks to Cameron for hosting such top notch event, we'll be looking forward to next year and will be attending.

Nice one Mac.
I was lucky enough to get a private tour from Cameron of his distillery in Albany last year when I was down there. He gave me some good advice on making single malt and gave me a walk through the barrel house. He's a good guy and passionate about his distilling so I can see how you two would get along.

Thanks guys, it was a really enjoyable yet important experience for us at 5 Star lifting us a rung further up the ladder.

We even got to meet a couple of forum members, one of which travelled back with us and did some tasting before his red eye flight :)) hey mech :teasing-tease:
