5 Star Service

Postby TasSpirits » Wed Dec 09, 2015 10:20 pm

I would like to thank Mr & Mrs Mac for the awesome service that I have received from day 1. I bought the boiler and 4" pot from a reseller, who I will not name. :angry-banghead: What a Fucken Nightmare, got a boiler and condenser I couldnt use after being assured everything would fit and work. After some very frustrating phone calls got some of the missing parts sent ie. the element, go figure. Got onto the Macs, problems solved asap, since then as I have upgraded and added bits and pieces the service has been second to none. You guys rock, customer service like no other, it is a pleasure doing business with someone who actually cares. Hope you guys have a awesome X mas and a great new year.

Hi all,
Just wanted to echo this post! Called Monday midday ordered a 2" ferrule and another heating element express (because I needed it on that Monday :violence-smack: and forgot to order it).

Stuff arrived Tuesday after lunch! Bloody awesome! Don't get that often...

Well done, love your work!

Great communication service packaging (thanks to the bubble wrap queen) and finally prompt delivery from the other side of the country.

It is 5Star....

That bubble wrap comes in handy, early this week I received a boiler adapter via express post from 5 Star and our parcel post guy has a habit of chucking parcels over the gate on to the concrete drive.
True to form from inside the house I hear a metallic clonk and find the adapter undamaged thanks to the bubble wrap.

Thanks for the prompt service and the bubble wrap.

2 out of 2!

Yesterday I order over the phone, tri-clamps, seals and viewing glass x 3 each and 2 x alcohol meters, just after lunch (sometime after 13:00) and today its at my house! OK, I paid for express post but that is beyond awesome!

I am a Delivery Manager and I pride myself on our customer service, but we look like amateurs compared to this!

Kudos, Mr & Mrs Mac.

Hi Caspian,

I must apologise for the delay in replying to you, the Spam filter on my email has been blocking a few inquiries lately. With Easter coming up we have also been extremely busy trying to make sure everyone has their orders before we go on Holiday.

I did see your PM to me on Thursday and have now replied to it.

Once again apologies for the delay.
