i have the o ring infront of the 50 mm cap and it leaks like a siv but when i just plug the element in with the o ring it seals nfi wat is causing it :angry-banghead:

I am doing the jig right now chucked a sicky to sort this bloody boiler out lol turns out on the end of the bsb join had a little flat spot where it was hit with the tig welder flapper discd it down and walla no leaks woo hoo
