The only thing i was worried about was that its 110v not 240v (page 3 on the element )but im only a silly fitter i leave the wires up to my sparky mates

Have a look at 2.6, it state there is a relay at 240v 3Amp which is no good for switching elements

And there is a 12v output for cotrolling SSR's.

All the ssr i have seen have a 3 to 24v input signal.
I have read in on the net that some ebay sellers describe they can handle ssr but when use it the relay burns out. The mod i mentioned earlier is easily removes the mechanical relay so that it can control the ssr. But that is for the rex c100.
I i have yet to get mine and mod. :D

He doesn't need to remove a relay, Ben's device controls the SSR with out relay.

The relay is an extra output low current 240 volt switching.
