1.5 hour build

Postby Hardie355 » Fri Mar 27, 2015 5:44 pm

Hi Guys,

Thought I'd share a pic of the pot still I knocked up yesterday after work. I already had the short bit of 3" with a flange on it so I whacked a 2" reducer in it an went from there. Had all the bits laying around. I'm just gonna run a 1/2" worm in a tub for the time being mainly to strip TPW and if I can find a supplier up here I might have a crack at an ag whiskey.

Cheers,
Hardie

It would be easier to build a simple Leibig condenser rather than set up a worm in a tub.

The worm has to be set so there are no level spots that can cause pooling, and you will need to irrigate the tub as well otherwise your water will get way to hot.

Looks alright! As 1 2 says liebig all the way, if you can make that in 1.5 hours then a liebig should take you about 15 minutes :handgestures-thumbupleft:
