Are you going to polish it (sorry, I like shiny stuff :teasing-tease: )...

Is that a stripping run, because I don't see an alcoholmeter...

Probably will polish it one day.
There is a alcometer off screen. The heads were pushing 65%. Don't know if that's good or not

On a strip thats about were my heads fores are and it usually sits round 50/55 for bulk of the run. Spirit run starts at 85 and sits about 80 for bulk of the run. But it depends on wash abv..

50l keg boiler 4" still mount 4" sight glass 1" drain..
4 plate 4" bubbler, 600mm packed section

Apple wood for the leaves/fruit combo because of the fruity notes.
Not sure what wood for the leaves only wash, I'll make the decision after I run it.
